Vacancy - Export Territory Manager

Full time permanent role - Exeter, UK

Reporting directly to the Manager, this exciting and wide-ranging role will enable the right candidate to develop a career within a market leading agricultural parts business.

Duties and responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support - Responsibility for maintaining and achieving sales and profitability goals through multiple sales channels and countries across Europe - Deliver new business and growth opportunities, conduct customer visits, provide market feedback, and support new Portfolio recommendations - Develop sales plans, provide forecasts, and support marketing strategies - Provide training to customers on use of systems and processes - Frequent travel to Europe

To be successful in this role, you will the following skills and attributes: - Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working within a regional sales or product support background, preferably from within the agricultural industry but not essential - Proven track record of customer support and a knowledge of distribution channels - Tactical planning and key account management skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and communications skills - Foreign language skills would be an advantage but not essential - A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs - Engineering or parts service background is desirable but not essential

Vacancy - Pricing Assistant

Full time permanent role, Monday to Friday Exeter, UK

Reporting directly to the Pricing Manager, this is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work alongside the wider team as required. This role will enable the right candidate to develop a career within a market leading agricultural machinery parts business.

In this role you will: - Gather, assemble, collate, and upload data referring to competitor references and pricing on a continuous basis. - Carry out pricing processes and procedures, such as preparation of list pricing, transfer pricing and discount programs. - Administration of pricing files, updating, and altering internal systems files upon direction. - Uploading promotional, quantity break pricing to the system. - Creating various data files on a regular basis for distribution to areas of the business, as well as directly to customers. - Providing market related target pricing for Supply Management and Marketing teams.

Vacancy - Quality Control Inspector

We have a vacancy available for a Quality Control Inspector, this position fully integrates an individual into the engineering culture by performing specific assignments.

Requirements of the position: - Learn and use quality tools and analysis methods to support Quality Department’s operations. - Support the business in warranty claim process including contact with customers and suppliers, checking, testing and analyzing products. - Investigate product and process quality related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Inspect parts comparing to drawings and samples. - Gather and analyze data, prepare reports. - Support company’s quality system ISO9001:2015, maintain quality manual and other documents. - Input and maintain information in company’s databases and systems. - Flexibility at work, quickly adapt to new circumstances.

Technical Skills & Knowledge: - Knowledge of agricultural industry - a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance. - Degree in an Agricultural Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - Technical degree or apprenticeship (1-2 years or equivalent) - Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. - Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Qualifications Technical skills, formal education, and relevant work experience critical for successful individual performance of essential functions.
